PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a supporter and underpants for preventing urine leakage after urination caused by aging, which can be simply used, can prevent the urine leakage itself and can be used repetitively.SOLUTION: The supporter comprises: a circular, elliptic, or oval holding net bulging like a bowl or plate; and plural cords which, when the supporter is worn, bring the lower portion of the periphery of the holding net into intimate contact with the hypogastrium and pull the lower edge portion of the holding net backward or posterosuperiorly in a crotch portion. The cords are formed of first cords having their tips engaged with a belt wound around the hips or wound around the waist and second cords extending to the back via the crotch when the supporter is worn. The underpants are obtained by integrating the supporter with an underpants body by sawing, suspending and the like. |
