<p>The present invention provides a new electrostatic printing technique replacing conventional electrostatic screen printing techniques. An electrostatic printing device makes powder attach to an object by electrostatic force. The electrostatic printing device comprises: an electrode (2) disposed above the object (1); a screen (3) disposed between the electrode (2) and the object (1); a rubbing member (4) for charging powder (10) on the screen (3); and a voltage applying device (DC) for applying voltage between the electrode (2) and the object (1) and forming an electrostatic field therebetween.
