摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a display device to which a TFT arrangement is applied in which a margin for an alignment in forming SOI layers is wide, and deterioration of an aperture ratio is suppressed in the displacement when a TFT substrate and a counter substrate are bonded to each other.SOLUTION: A plurality of TFTs that control sub-pixels are arranged in a manner so as to surround an intersection part of a scanning line and a signal line so that the distance between regions where TFTs are arranged is expanded. Since the distance between regions where the TFTs are arranged is expanded, as compared with the conventional arrangement in which TFTs are arranged at constant intervals in a display part, formation of the TFTs over a joint between adjacent SOI layers can be avoided.
