PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fitting tool which facilitates opening of the opening section of a bag by making the fingers less likely to slip when opening the opening section, and to provide a bag with the fitting tool.SOLUTION: A fitting tool 10 comprises: a pair of a belt-like first base material 11 and a belt-like second base material 12; a male side fitting part 13 and a female side fitting part 14 provided along the longitudinal direction of the respective opposite surfaces 11a and 12a of the base materials to fit to each other attachably and detachably; and first ribs 15a to 15b and second ribs 16a to 16d provided along the longitudinal direction of the opposite surface 11a of the first base material 11 and the opposite surface 12a of the second base material 12. The first ribs 15a to 15b and the second ribs 16a to 16d are softer than the male side fitting part 13 and the female side fitting part 14. |
