Disclosed are a method and a system for exchanging an image for remote support, capable of efficiently providing remote support. First, a manager terminal accesses a gateway sever after finishing authentication through an authentication server. User equipment executes an application to receive gateway server connection information from an authentication server through input of a password, accesses a gateway server based on the received gateway server connection information, and transmits an image to the manager terminal. Accordingly, the manager may confirm a situation to be supported through an image in real time to easily perform remote support, and the user may receive the remote support from the manager through the image so that the cost can be saved.
