The purpose of the present invention is to provide a winder for a top capable of performing pulling action in a free posture with the user adjusting an angle of a handle upon pulling action by improving a handle structure of the winder providing a top with rotating force. The present invention is characterized by including a handle rotatably installed on one side of the winder as a winder for a toy top. Therefore, the present invention can allow the user; to perform pulling action of top at an optimum posture by adjusting an angle of the handle upon pulling action; and to maintain an optimum posture by the handle being rotated together in the direction of a wrist's twist direction; and to prevent the winder body from being jammed in a launch part by preventing a twist phenomenon of the winder body through adjustment of a handle angle. |
