The machine (1) has a liquid container (2) that stores liquid (F) preferably water which is heated by external heat source (H) or by integrated heat source. The overpressure caused from liquid container through the riser to top is pressed by heating liquid emerging from liquid container. The end (3a) of riser pipe (3) is positioned such that amount of condensed liquid droplets in upward pressed liquid vapor (FD) is reduced. The deflection elements (4) are positioned in the interior of the container, to cover opening (6) of riser pipe into liquid container.
