PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a kitchen knife with a simple structure, which has resolved the problems of a conventional one.SOLUTION: A kitchen knife comprises a kitchen knife 1 with a handle, and an identification ring 4 detachably fitted to a handle part 2 of the kitchen knife 1 with a handle. The identification ring 4 is formed by an elastically deformable ring body 4 crimped to the handle part 2 by elastically deforming in a wide diameter shape and fitting from a handle backside 3 into the handle part 2 of the kitchen knife 1 with a handle. A plurality of the identification rings 4 are provided and each have different colors, characters, or patterns, so that the use of the kitchen knife 1 with a handle can be identified by the color, character, or pattern of the identification ring 4. |
