PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sleep improvement support device enabling more appropriate determination of a cause taking a "physical illness affecting sleep, bringing forth a symptom during the day" into consideration for determination of a cause of a sleep disorder because the sleep disorder affects the prevalence ratio and incidence ratio of a physical illness, such as a life style-related disease, bringing forth a symptom during the day.SOLUTION: A sleep improvement support device includes: a biological data input part for inputting information from a biological sensor that performs measurement in a sleep or in the day; a sleep state calculation part for determining a sleep state using the biological data input from the biological data input part; a cause determination part for determining a cause which is the result of determination of the sleep state. Further, the cause determination part determines presence of a physical illness affecting sleep, bringing forth a symptom during the day, on the basis of the biological data, and determines a cause on the basis of presence of the physical illness. |
