<p>This butterfly needle assembly (10) includes: a butterfly needle (12) which has a needle body (16) and a wing member (18); and a protector (14) which, when moved in the direction of the tip relatively to the butterfly needle (12), covers the needle body (16) with the wing member (18) in a folded state. The wing member (18) has a shaft (28) fixed to the needle body (16), and a pair of elastically deformable wings (30a, 30b) extending in mutually opposite directions from the shaft (28). The base-side end (36) of each of the pair of wings (30a, 30b) is inclined so as to come closer to the shaft (28) towards the base direction.</p> |
