Multi-contrast agent comprises particles made of a core and a sheath. The core comprises a contrast agent for magnetic resonance imaging (MRI). The sheath comprises a contrast agent for computed tomography (CT). A biologically active component is bound on the surface. Independent claims are also included for: (1) producing the multi-contrast agent for MRI and CT, comprising coating a transverse relaxation time (T2)-weighted MRI contrast agent with a mesoporous silica gel surface, absorbing mesoporous silica gel surface on the colloidal gold and bonding biologically active component on the surface; and (2) a bone cement comprising calcium phosphate cement and multiple contrast agent.
