The unit has providing 95 to 99.8% by weight of demineralized water, and providing 0.5 to 5% weight of Chitosan acid solution containing an acid selected from a group of acids such as hydrochloric acid. The acid is provided between 0.001 and 5% by weight. A dissolved Chitosan with deacetylizing degree in the range of 65 to 95% i.e. in the range between 80 and 90% and more preferably in the range about 85 degrees is provided. An additive is provided in the unit. Independent claims are also included for the following: (1) a device for reducing and/or eliminating of unwanted odors in the air in the form of a sprayable liquid (2) a method for reducing and/or eliminating of unwanted odors in the air in the form of a sprayable liquid.
