<p>The apparatus has fuel tank system (5) that is located in outside of vehicle (1). A nozzle (7) is interacted with filler neck (3) of fuel tank (2). A common sensor (9) is provided with specific portions (9.1,9.2). A control unit (10) is provided in vehicle to process sensor data. The sensor is adapted to detect whether nozzle is in filler neck. The control unit is adapted to ignition (11) of vehicle, prevent to interrupt of releasing of parking brake of vehicle, slow vehicle is in active state, or block the shifting of vehicle transmission to drive gear. An independent claim is included for method for refueling fuel tank in vehicle.</p> |
