PURPOSE: A banking device and a control method thereof are provided to improve efficiency of the operation of a banking device. CONSTITUTION: An input/output unit (13) withdraws a check. A check storing box (44) stores the check to be withdrawn. A discriminating unit (20) recognizes the information of the check which is ejected from the check storing box. A customer operation unit displays the information which is related to the process of the check to be withdrawn. A recovery box (50,52) collects a fault check during the check handling process. The control unit recovers the fault check from the recovery box, and reregisters the check which is stored in the check storing box when a disorder is generated during the withdrawal process of the check. |
