The present invention relates to an RF switch with low power and, more particularly, to an RF switch with low power without using a negative voltage in a driving process and a switch array using the same. The present invention provides the RF switch with the lower power which includes a switch unit including a transistor which switches a signal flowing from one end to the other end by receiving a control signal of a high state or a low state, a first voltage maintaining unit which maintains a constant voltage in one end of the transistor, and a second voltage maintaining unit which maintains a constant voltage in the other end of the transistor.
