Disclosed is a TIG welding device having a touch screen applied to easily control a welding process while automatically or semi-automatically performing the TIG welding process. The TIG welding device comprises: a driving rail fixed on the outer surface of a pipe; a carriage body driving along the driving rail; a torch mount connected to the carriage body and detachably coupling the welding torch; a wire feeding part for feeding a wire to the welding torch; an image transmitting part for photographing a welded portion welded by the welding torch; and an image receiving part for receiving the image information on the welded portion photographed by the image transmitting part and displaying the image information to the outside. As using a touch screen, the present invention can automatically or semi-automatically weld the pipe using a touch pen depending on the shape of gaps while seeing the screen in real time. Also, the present invention can reduce costs for training broad intermediate welders to be high-skilled TIG welders and initial costs.
