<p>The device for electrical generation of hydrogen from water, comprises an electrolyzer of a polymer electrolyte membrane (PEM) type, which has an input (2) for supplying water and a first output for the water and/or water vapor and a second output (4) for oxygen and water, and a water separator device (7), whose input is connected to the first output of the electrolyzer and gas leading output leads to a hydrogen removal system. The water separator device comprises a first thermal separation stage (10). The first separation stage is followed by a second thermal separation stage (14). The device for electrical generation of hydrogen from water, comprises an electrolyzer of a polymer electrolyte membrane (PEM) type, which has an input (2) for supplying water and a first output for the water and/or water vapor and a second output (4) for oxygen and water, and a water separator device (7), whose input is connected to the first output of the electrolyzer and gas leading output leads to a hydrogen removal system. The water separator device comprises a first thermal separation stage (10). The first separation stage is followed by a second thermal separation stage (14) and construed so that the hydrogen is cooled at -35[deg] C by a freezing point enriched to the electrolyzer. The second separation stage is a thermal separation stage and operated thermally and discontinuously, and has a pressure swing adsorption. The first and second thermal separation stages are connected to a common cooling circuit. A mechanical pre-cleaner is connected between the first output of the electrolyzer and the input of the thermal separation stage and over the recirculation line with the input for supplying water by a valve. The water is fed over recirculation lines to the pre-cleaner separated into the first and/or second separation stage. The recirculation line is provided with stop valve. One of the pre-cleaners is provided to bridge bypass line, which is locked by the valve. A gas-prominent of an inlet- and outlet lines of the pre-cleaner is locked by the valve. The water separator device has a water-prominent outlet of the first thermal separation stage. The thermal separation stage has an electrically operated cooling device, which has an absorbent cooling device, a compressor cooling device or the cooling device operated with Peltier elements. The hydrogen is produced and held with a pressure of 30 bar.</p> |
