The present invention relates to a cold air jacket with improved wearability, comprising: a jacket body for being worn on the upper body; a vortex tube which circulates compressed air flowing in from a discharge pipe of a compressor, discharges cold air through a first exhaust pipe formed at one end thereof, and also discharges hot air through a second exhaust pipe formed at the other end thereof; and a circulation exhaust pipe which is installed at the inside of the jacket body to spread the cold air from the first exhaust pipe to the jacket body through an exhaust hole. The exhaust hole is formed to discharge the cold air in proportion to the calorific value by each body part. By discharging the cold air considering the calorific values of each body part, wearability is great; the cold air can be also discharged to the lower part of body; and it is very comfortable by applying lightweight material.
