The present invention provides a supporting device for preventing the chain damage and the backlash of a spare tire carrier to prevent damage caused by the tension of a spring to a chain in the assembly of a spare tire and to prevent a backlash from loosening while driving. According to an embodiment of the present invention, a carrier device for supporting the spare tire of the vehicle using a support housing connected to the chain around a winch comprises a hook-shaped shaft of which the bottom is inserted into the support housing to be connected to the chain by the top; a locking nut screwed to the bottom of the hook-shaped shaft; a spring seat inserted into the bottom of the hook-shaped shaft to be supported by the locking nut; and a compression spring inserted into the hook-shaped shaft to be supported in the spring seat and to absorb the external shock of the carrier device.
