PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resin container which has a welded part, has the same quality and productivity as the conventional container, and shows excellent durability when used under the environment in the vicinity of an acid-containing fluid with a part of the container always or intermittently subjected to a high temperature. SOLUTION: The resin container is made of an oxymethylene resin composition wherein an insertion ratio (b/a) of an oxymethylene component (a) to an oxyalkylene component (b) other than the oxymethylene component is 0.3-1.1 mol%, the content of silicate is 40-300 wtppm, hydrotalcite is 0.01-2 wt.%, and the composition has an MFR of 2-35 g/10 min.
