摘要 Disclosed are a robot teaching controller and a teaching control method which enable a general unprofessional worker to easily and promptly set information for robot operation by adding graphical user interface (GUI) to the robot teaching controller. The disclosed robot teaching controller comprises: a welding information input means for controlling gap setting of a welded portion, a work file selection, and a work file performance based on GUI; a control unit for converting the welding information set by the welding information input means into work command data that a controller installed in a robot can recognize; and a work command transport unit for sending the converted work command data in the control unit to the controller installed in the robot.
