摘要 <p>The present invention relates to a cooling and heating system using solar heat, wherein the cooling and heating system comprises: a heat collecting part allowing a heat medium to flow therein and heating the heat medium using a greenhouse effect; a heat storage tank in which the heat medium supplied from the heat collecting part exchanges heat with tap water supplied into the heat storage tank so that hot water can be supplied; a dehumidifying rotor converting indoor air, which flows into the system by a cooling fan, into air with high temperature and low humidity by taking water away from the indoor air; a sensible rotor converting the indoor air, which has passed through the dehumidifying rotor, into air with medium temperature and low humidity by taking heat away from the indoor air; a heating part arranged between the dehumidifying rotor and the sensible rotor, circulating the hot water supplied from the heat storage tank, and heating and drying the dehumidifying rotor and the sensible rotor using heat from the circulated hot water; an indirect evaporation cooler cooling the air, which has passed through the sensible heater, secondarily by supplying water to the air; a direct evaporation cooler installed at the rear side of the indirect evaporation cooler and cooling the air, which has passed through the indirect evaporation cooler, by supplying water to the air one more time; a blower fan including the cooling fan, a discharging fan, and a circulating fan; and a control unit connecting a remote control PC to a control device by a network and facilitating a cooling and a heating operation by the remote control PC, wherein the cooling fan for humidification and cooling allows the indoor air to flow into the system, the discharging fan cools the sensible rotor by allowing outdoor air to flow into the system, and the circulating fan takes a part of the air supplied to the indirect evaporation cooler out of the indirect evaporation cooler, and then discharges the part of the air to the outside; and the control device controls the heat collecting part, the heat storage tank, the humidifying rotor, the sensible rotor, the indirect evaporation cooler, the direct evaporation cooler, and the blower fan.</p>
