The present invention relates to a black box system for a wind power generator, wherein the black box system comprises: a main control unit for the wind power generator; a data collection unit connected to the main control unit and receiving data about the wind power generator from the main control unit; and a data storage unit connected to the data collection unit, and encoding and storing the data after receiving the data from the data collection unit. According to the present invention, few people can monitor and record the operational conditions of a wind power generator so that the operational efficiency of the wind power generator can be improved. In addition, after an accident is caused in the wind power generator, the cause of the accident can be revealed by playing data recorded in a data storage unit so that a post process can be smoothly performed.
