An intraocular pressure measurement device (10) includes a mount (12) which is attached to the head of a subject (6), a probe (20), a holding portion (16) which holds the probe (20), an adjustment ball (14) which can adjust the positional relationship between the holding portion (16) and the mount (12), and a measurement device body (50). The probe (20) is a composite element including an oscillator which enters a pulse wave into an eyeball (8), and an oscillation detection sensor which receives the incident pulse wave reflected from the eyeball (8), and a through hole (26) for observation is provided in the central shaft thereof. The measurement device body (50) has a function for calculating the measurement distance, i.e. the distance between the probe (20) and the eyeball (8), along with the intraocular pressure, based on the state of the pulse wave incident to the eyeball (8) and the state of the incident pulse wave reflected from the eyeball (8). |
