<p>The method involves placing a scour guard (15) at a wind energy plant. A cable drum (10) with a cable is received at the wind energy plant by a submarine vehicle (18) i.e. remotely controlled vehicle. A pivot arm (20) is arranged in a region, which faces towards a rear side (37) of the submarine vehicle, during receiving the drum. The cable drum is transported to a destination by the submarine vehicle under continuous laying of the cable. The cable is introduced into a cable duct i.e. J-tube, at the destination. The cable is completely removed from the cable drum at the destination. An independent claim is also included for a wind energy plant.</p> |
