A flexible device is disclosed. The device includes: a body portion with properties capable of bending; and a plurality of piezoelectric materials arranged in a matrix form to be separated from each other in the body portion. Herein, each of the piezoelectric materials includes an upper piezoelectric layer, an intermediate layer, and a lower piezoelectric layer that are sequentially laminated. Therefore, the present invention can deform the shape of the flexible device according to a situation properly.
