An organic light emitting display device is disclosed. The organic light emitting display device of the present invention comprises: a substrate; a display unit formed on the substrate; and a sealing substrate coupled to the display unit. The sealing substrate contains a first side facing the display unit and a second side opposing the first side. A first barrier layer is formed on at least one side of the sealing substrate, thereby easily preventing infiltration of outside air and moisture.
