<p>The present invention provides a wire and a steel wire with excellent drawability and a manufacturing method for the same by controlling a component system, relation of each components, and minute tissues. The present invention includes 0.9-1.1 wt% of C, 0.3-0.9 wt% of Si, 0.2-0.8 wt% of Mn, 0.3-0.9 wt% of Cr, 0.8-1.2 wt% of Co, 0.1-0.3 % of Ni, residual Fe, and unavoidable impurities. The Co, and the Ni of the component system is satisfied with Co+Ni: 1.3-1.5%, Co/Ni: 4-12. The minute tissue contains 95 wt% of perlite.</p> |
