The present invention relates to a water softener, including: an electrical absorption unit which absorbs debris using electrical attractive force; a pretreatment unit which is connected to an external water source which is arranged with a filter to filter the water delivered from the external water source; and a washing fluid supplying unit, which has a washing fluid storage to store the washing fluid supplied to the electrical absorption unit. Either the water delivered from the pretreatment unit, or the washing fluid delivered from the washing fluid supplying unit is selectively sent to the electrical absorption unit by a valve, so as for a pump to insert washing fluid is not necessary.
