The present invention relates to an aluminum alloy for die casting which can obtain excellent thermal conductivity while simultaneously having remarkable castability and satisfactory mechanical properties, thus can be applied to a product for various structures requiring radiating characteristics. According to the present invention, the aluminum alloy for die casting comprises 1.5-4.5 wt% of zinc (Zn), 0.1-1.5 wt% of magnesium (Mg), 0.5-1.5 wt% of iron (Fe), and the remainder consisting of aluminum (Al) and inevitable impurities.
