PURPOSE: A reclaimer for fuel and raw materials is provided to increase the storage capacity of a circular storage tank and to reduce the discharged time of the fuel and raw materials by controlling the angle of a removal panel according to the piling and discharging of the fuel and raw materials. CONSTITUTION: A reclaimer for fuel and raw materials comprises a support part(51), a scraper, a side panel(70), and a manipulation part. The support part is rotationally installed in a circular storage tank(10). The scraper is movably installed in the support part and moves the fuel and raw materials piled up on the circular storage tank. The side panel is rotationally installed in the scraper. The manipulation part changes the angle of the side panel. |
