The present invention relates to a portable multipurpose air injector. An existing air injector cannot be portable and has no function expect to inject air, but a portable multipurpose air injector according to the present invention can be portable, can be used for injecting the air at anytime and anywhere, and can be used for multiple purposes such as a hand and finger exercise, a massage, an acupressure treatment, and a cellphone holder even if not used for injecting the air. In addition, the air injector according to the present invention has a main body part, an air injection part (10), a cellphone holder upper plate, and a cellphone holder lower plate respectively, wherein the air injection part (10), the cellphone holder upper plate, and the cellphone holder lower plate can be used as necessary, and can be hidden in the main body part so that the volume of the apparatus can be reduced, and, as a result, the apparatus can be portable usually. A portable multipurpose air injector according to the present invention is manufactured to have multiple functions for a hand and finger exercise, an acupressure treatment, a massage, and a cellphone holder, and comprises: a main body part (6) capable of being compressed by the pressure of a hand and capable of being expanded by the elasticity thereof; a nozzle-type air injection unit (12); a connection part; an air injection part (30) having an air injection container (31) installed inside the main body part; an air inflow part (40) attached to the inside of one side of the main body part and allowing air to automatically flow into the main body part while the main body part is expanded; a grip (18); and a cellphone holder upper plate (19) and a cellphone holder lower plate (20), wherein the nozzle-type air injection unit (12) can be inserted into the air injection container (31) by rotating the connection part in one direction, and can be extracted from the air injection container (31) by rotating the connection part in the other direction.
