The invention relates to a process of thermo-mechanically working the Ti-25.81 Al-13.58 Nb-1.93 Ta-1.26 Cr-0.6 Ni alloy, which consists of a thermal homogenization treatment combined with a heat plastic deformation by rolling, for refining the crystalline granulation in order to obtain a homogenous lamellar structure thereof and to obtain higher mechanical properties. According to the invention, the process consists of a thermal homogenization process for a 6-h period at a temperature of 1200°C with cooling in a vacuum furnace, followed by a heat plastic deformation by rolling at a temperature of 1150°C with a total degree of relative reduction of 5%.
