The nacelle (10) has a thrust reversing device (20) including a sliding cap (30) that is movable in translation according to a direction parallel to a longitudinal axis of the nacelle. Upstream inversion flaps (34) are pivotally mounted between a retracted position in which the flaps ensure aerodynamic continuity with a blower casing of the nacelle, and a deployed position in which the flaps are blocked in a thrust reversing state. The thrust reversing device includes a kinematics offset unit providing a kinematics offset between the flaps adjacent to a periphery of a duct (14).
