The present invention relates to an SKH-1 Hr mouse model for atopic dermatitis with epicutaneous allergen sensitization and a method for preparing the same. The present invention provides a method for manufacturing an animal model for atopic dermatitis with epicutaneous allergen sensitization and the animal model for atopic dermatitis manufactured thereby. Specifically, the allergen is ovalbumin (OVA), and the laboratory animal is an SKH-1 Hr mouse. In addition, a method for screening atopic dermatitis medicine using the animal model for atopic dermatitis is provided.
