The device has a filter (10) e.g. sieve, arranged to retain a kidney stone expelled during micturition of a patient. A guide part (20) is arranged to guide the urine toward the filtration unit during the micturition of the patient. A stopper is arranged to close a chamber formed by a portion of the device around a renal stone retained by the filtration unit to transport the renal stone. The filtration unit is arranged in a holding part (40). The holding part includes a fixing interface (41) arranged alternatively to fix the guide part and the stopper in a removable manner.
