The present invention relates to a heat-insulating lunch box comprising a body (100) including an accommodation part (110) to contain food inside; a cover (200) covering the upper surface of the body (100) and capable of being opened and closed; an air discharge hole (210) arranged on the side surface of the cover (200) and intercommunicating with the body (100) to discharge air generated in the accommodation part (110); and an air discharge switch (220) arranged on the upper surface of the cover (200) to selectively open and close the air discharge hole (210). The present invention enhances user convenience because the present invention can provide a warm lunch by maintaining the heat insulation via airtightness and solves the problem of the difficulty of separating the cover and the main body which is induced by the rise in pressure inside the lunch box. The present invention improves salability by displaying the temperature and pressure state inside the lunch box on the cover (200). |
