The present invention relates to a hybrid emergency call system for elevator. The hybrid emergency call system for elevator according to the present invention comprises: 4-wire intercom child devices installed in a car of an elevator or, on the top or fit of the car; a 4-wire intercom mother device installed to a machine room for the elevator, and corresponding to the 4-wire intercom child devices; 2-wire telephones of each management office or security office configured to communicate with the 4-wire intercom child devices and the 4-wire intercom mother device, physically connected to one another through telephone lines, and communicating with one another by dialing; and an emergency call master device configured to collectively manage the 4-wire intercom child devices, the 4-wire intercom mother device and the 2-wire telephones of each management office or security office to relay an emergency call between the 4-wire intercom child devices and the 2-wire telephones of each management office or security office when an emergency call button in the car is pushed, relay the dialing of the 2-wire telephones of each management office or security office, and control the 4-wire intercom child devices, the 4-wire intercom mother device and the 2-wire telephones of each management office or security office to communicate with one another.
