The present invention relates to a mechanical diesel fuel injecting device for controlling the timing of injecting fuel with a ball screw gear which adjusts the position of a spill port by a change in the height of an inner barrel of a fuel injecting pump and controls the timing of injecting fuel by changing the timing of forming the pressure of the fuel inside the barrel. The present invention includes a ball screw unit which is formed on the upper part of the fuel injecting device and which moves a ball screw upward and downward; a sleeve unit which is formed on the lower part of the ball screw unit and which moves upward and downward according to the upward and downward movement of the ball screw; and a barrel unit which adjusts the position of the spill port by moving upward and downward according to the upward and downward movement of the sleeve unit. The mechanical diesel fuel injecting device for controlling the timing of injecting the fuel with the ball screw gear can reduce time and manpower required for changing the timing of injecting the fuel by controlling the timing of injecting the fuel on a real time basis by controlling the ball screw gear of the fuel injecting pump; and can confirm optimal combustion state via the efficient combustion of the mechanical fuel injecting device by reducing an energy loss.
