PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a seal structure of a motor for a vacuum pump which reliably maintains the sealability.SOLUTION: A seal structure of a motor 100 for a vacuum pump includes: a lead wire 151a which is connected with a motor stator 111 passing through an opening 143 formed at a motor frame 140; and a sealing member 145 which seals the opening 143. The lead wire 151a is composed of a core wire part 154a and a covering part 155a covering the core wire part 154a, and a sealing part 153a is formed in at least a part of the core wire part 154a.
