PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide information that is located closer to a user wanting information and is paid an attention to by other users, and also to provide a server device and the like capable of activating communication between users on a network service, according thereto.SOLUTION: An information providing server device 30 calculates, at a given timing, evaluation information and evaluation positional information, and in addition, attention degree information indicating an attention degree of a user to each content data according to attributes (such as gender, age and the like) of an evaluation user, determines attention information according to the attention degree information, and transmits the determined attention information to a communication terminal device 10 of a corresponding user. |
