PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electric rotary tool for rotating a mounted tip tool by a motor so that a work piece may be worked by the tip tool, in which the arrangement position of a shoe or battery is set in view of the handling of the user so that the handling as the electric rotary tool may be improved.SOLUTION: A charging type battery 15 is mounted on a battery mounting portion 13 by sliding the battery 15 in the downward direction along the vertical direction perpendicularly intersecting the longitudinal direction. As a result, the charging type battery 15 can be mounted by sliding the same in the downward direction intersecting the longitudinal direction, in which an electric rotary tool 10 extends. Here, a shoe 17 is moved in the longitudinal direction so that it can be displaced relative to a tool body 11. As a result, the arrangement structure of the shoe 17 can be aligned with the direction, in which a front side housing 31 extends. |
