<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrophoretic method and its device by means of a superposition system of thin film-like sliced gels. <P>SOLUTION: This electrophoretic method and its device by means of a superposition system of thin film-like sliced gels are characterized in that; separation layers made of superposed sliced gels each formed into a thin film-like shape and, on the side of one pole of the separation layer, sample layers each storing specimens to be separated and analyzed are disposed; and that the specimens in the sample layers are electrophoresed toward the separation layers. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
