The present invention relates to an LED lighting device that is normally used for indoor lighting, is used as a flashlight when going outside a building at night, and is used as an emergency light during an emergency such as a power outage. The LED lighting device, which is normally used for indoor lighting and used as a flashlight when going outside a building at night, comprises: a power connecting unit for receiving and supplying an externally supplied power source for use; a light emitting unit for receiving the power source for use through the power connecting unit and emitting light; a charging unit for storing the power for use supplied through the power connecting unit; a controlling unit for controlling the ON/OFF of the light emitting unit and controlling the supply of power to the light emitting unit through the charging unit in an emergency; and a sensing unit for sensing movement of the LED lighting device when the device is used as a flashlight, wherein the controlling unit turns the light emitting unit ON or OFF according to the number of times that the sensing unit is moved.
