This annealing method is a method for annealing a molded body (1) that is molded from a molding material in a molding step, said method comprising: a stress release step wherein a stress of the molded body (1) is released by heating the molded body (1); and a warp correction step wherein a warp of the molded body (1) is corrected by heating the molded body (1), while applying a load thereto. Consequently, there can be achieved an annealing method by which a molded body that is free from residual stress and strain is able to be obtained.
