<p>Provided are nano-sized fluororesin particles which have a very low coefficient of friction. Fluororesin particles which have a mean particle diameter of 10 to 300nm and a coefficient of friction of less than 0.04 can be obtained by discharging a suspension of a fluororesin in a solvent while pulverizing and atomizing the discharged flow with a superheated vapor.</p>
