<p>In relation to optimizing liquid chromatograph analysis, provided is a method enabling a realistic and optimal column length L and flow rate F (linear velocity u0) to be found. The present invention involves the following: finding an indicator (void time t0) related to analysis time, on the basis of data (H-u plot) related to column-efficiency flow rate dependency and data (column permeability Kv, year eta of a mobile phase, maximum pressure loss DeltaPmax) related to liquidity; determining whether the determined indicator exceeds a predetermined allowable range; and on the basis of the determination results, setting conditions related to the column length and the flow rate of the mobile phase.</p> |
