A packaging structure for an active matrix organic electroluminescent diode panel comprises: a substrate (20); a pixel area (26) located on the substrate (20); multiple circles of inorganic packaging materials (24) located on the substrate (20) and outside the pixel area (26); multiple circles of organic adhesive materials (22) located on the substrate (20) and outside the pixel area (26); and back covers covering the inorganic packaging materials (24) and the organic adhesive materials (22). The pixel area (26) is surrounded by at least one circle of the inorganic packaging materials (24) and at least one circle of the organic adhesive materials (22) hermetically, and the inorganic packaging materials (24) and the organic adhesive materials (22) are arranged separately. The packaging structure for the active matrix organic electroluminescent diode panel has excellent packaging impermeability and adhesiveness, and facilitates implementation of large-sized active matrix organic electroluminescent diode panels.
