FIELD: transport.SUBSTANCE: proposed device comprises video camera fitted driven collapsible hollow strut secured at vehicle body, display with strut drive control board arranged inside the vehicle and control board with drive. Electric cables connecting video camera with display are arranged inside said strut. Said strut is composed of conical pole consisting of fixed and moving parts. Fixed part is secured at vehicle body and articulated with moving part to turn thereabout through 180 degrees with the help of motor. The latter is arranged inside the fixed part.
