<p>The present invention relates to a device which automatically and manually supplies a toner to a toner cartridge and is formed of; a DC adapter (100); a residual toner detection sensor (200); a control unit (300); a toner container (400); an air pump (500) for pumping toner of the toner container (400); a three-way valve (600) which is connected between the toner container (400) and the air pump (500) and supplies or blocks air to the toner container (400); and a toner hose (700) for transferring the toner of the toner container (400) to a toner cartridge. The present invention optimizes a hopper internal angle to remove the fixation of an unused toner within the toner container and makes toner supply flow smooth by gravity of the toner without a fixation phenomenon with a toner container shape. The present invention easily supplies not only a toner of power state but also materials of liquid state. Air is inserted into an air bag and the toner is supplied by the pressure difference between a toner bottle and the toner cartridge within a printer. The residual toner in a supply hose and the air within the overinflated air bag are discharged with several steps after the supply of the toner is completed. The residual toner in the supply hose is collected into the toner container and the toner of the toner container is mixed. The fixated toner is atomized and the toner is supplied with constant conditions through a control chip of the toner container regardless of residual quantity of the toner container. The toner container breaks with the outside and a supply line which connects the toner container. The toner cartridge is not touched with polluted air and is not polluted. The toner within the toner cartridge is not fixated. The present invention has special advantages as above.
